Do I need to be logged into Instagram?

For a live check, yes. Open instagram.com in Chrome and sign in. The extension uses your session. Or skip that and import Instagram’s official data ZIP from Accounts Center.

Why is my account limited?

Free accounts get 3 successful exports and up to 500 profiles per run. After that you need Pro. Pro also unlocks unlimited runs, full lists, and History.

Is my data sent to your servers?

Export parsing runs entirely in your browser. We do not receive Instagram data unless you are on Pro and save an export to History. Your Follwise account data (email, plan, billing) is stored on our servers for login and subscriptions.

Is this allowed by Instagram?

Follwise is not affiliated with Instagram or Meta. A live check uses your own session. The official ZIP is data Instagram already gives you. You are responsible for complying with Instagram’s terms and applicable law.
